打顶调控对白肋烟主要化学成分及烟草特有亚硝胺含量的影响

Effects of topping on chemical components and tobacco specific nitrosamine content of the burley tobacco

为探讨白肋烟品质生理调控措施,通过田间试验,研究了不同打顶处理方式对烟草主要化学成分、烟草特有亚硝胺含量、外观质量、感官质量的影响。结果表明：打顶加生长素处理可降低烟碱以及烟草特有亚硝胺含量,其下降幅度各为10.4%~25.1%和4.2%~9.2%,可以增强烟叶安全性,同时,不会对烟叶评吸结果造成影响;初花打顶加生长素处理提高烟叶钾和氯含量,但对总氮含量影响不显著。综合烟叶品质、田间试验工作量、安全性来看,初花打顶,打顶当日使用生长素处理1次是最佳的打顶调控方案,研究成果具有行业先进水平。

In order to investigate the physiological regulation measures on burley tobacco, the effects of different topping treatments on the contents of the chemical components, tobacco specific nitrosamine content, appearance quality and sensory quality in burley tobacco were studied by the field experiment. The results showed that： 1） Nicotine content in tobacco leaves decreased significantly by 10.4%-25.1 ~and Tobacco- specific nitrosamines content decreased significantly by 4.2 %-9.2 % with application of auxin after topping. These oppreations can improve tobacco security, without influence on the results of smoking; 2） Smearing auxin after first flower period could significantly increase potassium and chlorine content, but there is no obvious effects on total nitrogen. According to the quality of tobacco leaf, field work and safety, using the auxin treatment one time after first flower period topping is the best solution, The research results have advanced level of the industry.
