不同原料基地烟叶有机酸含量差异分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Organic Acids in Tobacco Leaves from Different Raw Material Sites

摘要 选取吉林烟草工业有限责任公司库存的河南、福建和云南2011年3个原料基地的烟叶,对不同原料基地烟叶的有机酸含量进行分析。结果表明:相同省份不同烟区中,部分有机酸含量存在差异,河南省3个烟区中方城烟区高草酸,低苹果酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸;临颍烟区草酸和苹果酸适中,高亚油酸和油酸;襄县烟区高苹果酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸,低草酸、亚油酸和油酸。福建2个烟区间南平烟区高苹果酸,低油酸;三明烟区低苹果酸,高油酸。云南2个烟区中,临沧烟区低草酸和柠檬酸,高油酸;曲靖烟区高草酸和柠檬酸,低油酸。不同省份有机酸含量也存在差异,河南烟区高苹果酸和柠檬酸,硬脂酸适中,福建烟区低草酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸,高棕榈酸、油酸和硬脂酸;云南烟区苹果酸和柠檬酸适中,低油酸和硬脂酸。 Tobacco leaves stored in Jilin Tobacco Industry Co. ,Ltd, which from 3 raw material sites including Henan, Fujian and Yunnan provinces, were chosen to analyze the differences in organic acid contents. The results showed that some of organic acids in tobacco leaves from different tobacco--growing areas in the same province were divergent. Of the tobacco leaves from 3 area in Henan province, the tobacco from Fangcheng were higher in oxalate content, but lower in contents of malic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid; the tobacco from Linying were moderate in, the contents of oxalate and malic acids; higher in the contents of linoleic acid and oleic acids; and, the tobacco from Xiangxian was higher in malic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid contents, lower in oxalate, linoleic acid and oleic acid contents. In Fujian, the tobacco from Nanping was higher in malic acid, lower in oleic acid, the tobacco from Sanming was lower in malic acid, lower in oleic acid. In Yunnan, the tobacco from Linchang were higher in oleic acid, but lower in both oxalate and citric acids, but thoese from Qujing were lower in oleic acid, but higher in both oxalate and citric acids. Although the tobacco leaves from different areas were divergent in organic acid contents, in overall, the tobacco in Henan province were higher malic acid and citric acid contents with moderate stearic acid content, those in Fujian were lower in the contents of oxalate, malic acid and citric acid with lower the contents of palmitic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid, whereas the tobacco in Yunnan had moderate contents of malic acid and citric acid with lower oleic acid and stearic acid contents.
