摘要 内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW亚临界燃煤机组锅炉日常运行中排放的NOx质量浓度为500~700 mg/m3,远高于国家新的污染物排放标准,而且存在轻微结焦、掉渣现象。针对上述问题,采用锅炉分级燃烧技术对燃烧器进行改造:炉内燃烧器采用纵向三区布置方式,扩大了锅炉的燃烧空间,降低了燃烧区域热负荷及炉内温度峰值;一、二次风采用横向双区布置方式,同时对一、二次风风量和风速进行调整,使燃烧火焰向中心区偏移,形成贴壁欠氧燃烧。改造后,生成的NOx质量浓度最大降低388 mg/m3,同时锅炉结焦问题得到有效缓解。 The mass concentration of NOx emission in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd. 600 MW sub-critical coal-fired boiler in daily operation was from 500 mg/m3 to 700 mg/m3, which was far higher than the national new standard for discharge of pollutants, and a slight eoking, dregs phenomenon exited. With the boiler staged combustion technology for the reconstruction of the burner to solve the problems above: burner adopted vertical three zone layout, expanded the space of the boiler combustion, reduced the combustion temperature and the peak thermal load of furnace; use transverse double zone layout style for primary or secondary wind; simultaneously, adjust the air quantity and wind speed of one or two, the combustion flame migration to the central area, the formation of adherent under oxygen combustion. The transformation made the mass concentration of NOx decrease to 400 mg/m3, and sovled the problem of boiler slagging get alleviating effectively, which provided a reference for other power plant transformation
