火电厂引风机与脱硫增压风机合并改造

摘要 对内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司1号机组进行了引风机、增压风机合并改造,取消了脱硫烟气旁路系统及增压风机。结合现场试验数据和历史运行数据的对比结果,以及引风机的耗电率、烟气阻力、脱硫系统运行工况等,分析了内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司引风机、增压风机合并改造后系统运行的可靠性和经济性。分析结果表明:合并后由于脱硝系统、脱硫系统和除尘器阻力的增加,引风机耗电率也有所增加,负荷600 MW时增加0.2823%、负荷500 MW时增加0.2651%;新引风机选型合理,因风机数量减少系统运行可靠性得以提高。同时对改造后运行中可能出现的问题提出改进建议及运行优化措施。 The reformation was carried out on the first unit in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd., in which the by-pass flue system and the booster fan were cancelled. Comparing with the test data after the reformation and the historical data, the consumption rate, the flue gas resistance, and the operation condition of the desulfurization system, the author analyzed the operation reliability and economy of the new system. The conclusion showed that the increase of the resistance of the induced draft fan, denitrification system, and the desulfurization system caused the increase of the consumption rate. Electrical power consumption of induced draft fan increased 0.2823% under the load of 600 MW, and increased 0.2651% under the load of 500 MW. The analysis showed that the new fan selection was correct and the decrease in the number of fan enhanced reliability of the system. Finally put forward relevant suggestions for improvement and operation optimization measures.
