摘要
内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司1号机组在脱硝装置投运后,空气预热器发生堵塞。分析了空气预热器堵塞的原因,认为堵塞是燃煤中硫的质量分数高,入口一、二次风温低,吹灰效果达不到要求等原因造成。针对堵塞原因提出了加强原煤管理和配煤掺烧、加强燃烧的优化和运行调整、合理投运空气预热器吹灰等措施,实施后达到了防止空气预热器堵塞的目的。
The air preheater of Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co., Ltd. unit 1 clogged after the denitration device was put into operation. According to the analysis, high mass fraction of coal sulfur, low air temperature of the wind, unreasonable soot blowing were the reasons. So put forward measures to strengthen the management of raw coal, coal blending, optimize the combustion adjustment, reasonable operation of air preheater blowing. After these measures were inplementated, achieved the goal of preventing the air preheater clogging.
