摘要
该文通过对采用冷却水管冷却效果的研究,介绍了大体积混凝土温度场计算的有限元方法,用MIDAS/Civil软件模拟了大跨悬索桥主塔承台工程,对承台的温度场进行仿真分析。通过温控计算分析并经工程实践证明该措施是有效的,施工中需根据监测结果,严格控制冷却水管的流量,加强对混凝土表面的保温措施,减低内外温差,能够保证大体积混凝土的浇筑质量。
According to the study on the cooling performance of cooling water pipe,the Finite Element Method for computing the temperature field of mass concrete is introduced,and the temperature field of bank pier is simulated and analyzed with the software of MIDAS/Civil. Based on the temperature computation and analysis and through practical cases,this measure is proved to be effective. The flow in cooling water pipe should be strictly controlled in accordance with the survey results,the thermal insulation of concrete surface should be strengthened and the temperature difference between the inner and the outer can be abated so that the pouring quality of mass concrete can be confirmed.
