泡沫混凝土墙体砌块专用砂浆研究

摘要 研究了甲基羟丙基纤维素醚、聚丙烯纤维、膨胀剂对砂浆的分层度、抗压强度、抗折强度、收缩率的影响。试验结果表明:采用保水剂、纤维和膨胀剂能改善砂浆的性能,在砂浆的抗折强度和抗压强度易于达到要求的条件下,收缩率成为评价砌筑抹面砂浆抗裂性能好坏的重要指标,并由此得到泡沫混凝土墙体砌块专用砂浆的最优配比。 The influence of methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ethers,polypropylene fiber and expanders on the hierarchical degrees,compressive strength,flexural strength,shrinkage of mortar is studied. The experimental results indicate that the methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ethers,polypropylene fiber and expanders can improve the properties of mortar. If the compressive strength and the flexural strength meet the requirement,the shrinkage rate will become an important indicator that evaluates the crack resistance. So it is appropriate to get the optimal proportion of mortar to form concrete materials.
