论我国物流法律法规的构建与完善

On the Construction & Perfection of the Logistics Laws in China

随着经济全球化的发展,物流在社会经济中的作用日益凸显出来,已成为各个国家促进社会经济增长的重要因素,但是对于我国物流企业来说,在国际环境中的竞争优势不是很明显,原因在于我国物流法律法规存在很多的问题,需要进行完善。文章阐述了我国物流法律法规存在的问题,提出了完善我国物流法律法规的若干建议。

With the development of economic globalization, logistics in the economic and social effects of the increasingly prominent, has become the important factor of each country to promote the social economic growth, but in China＇s logistics enterprises, in an international environment of competitive advantage is not very obvious, the reason is that China＇s logistics laws and regulations exist many problems, the need for perfect. This paper describes our logistics laws and regulations existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions to im- prove our country＇s logistics laws and regulations.
