后ERP时代信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talents Cultivation Pattern of Information Management and Information System in the Age of Post ERP

人才培养是各高校专业建设与专业研究永恒的主题,也可以说是高校专业建设最为关键的问题。随着企业信息化的深入发展,尤其是在后ERP时代,企业数据激增,对信息化人才需求也提出了更高的要求。基于此,文章探讨了后ERP时代学院信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养目标,分析了该专业人才应该具备的知识、能力与素质体系,提出了基于产学合作的创业型信息化人才培养模式,为其他高校信息管理与信息系统专业的建设与发展提供了一定的思路。

Talent cultivation is an everlasting theme of major instruction for colleges, and it is also a key problem. With the development of enterprise informatization, enterprises data has improved rapidly especially in the age of post ERP. At the same time, the standards of talents become much higher than before. It is discussed of the training goal of information management and information system（IMIS） major in the age of post ERP, the necessary knowledge, ability and quality system is also analyzed. And then, this paper puts forwards of the entrepreneurial information talents cultivation pattern based on school-enterprise cooperation, and which can bring a special idea for the construction and development of the other university.
