摘要
通过商用车辆脱挡故障的几种外部表现形式,分析了不同的外部故障现象可能导致的脱挡原因,及针对该原因应采取的主要对策,为变速器的设计及预防故障改进提供一些实际经验。
This paper summarizes several external forms of transmission gear out of shift ,analyzes the corresponding reasons of the different fault phenomena ,and the main countermeasures should be adopted according to the reasons ,which would be provid-ed some practical experience for the design and improvement of transmission .
