分析当前煤矿企业机电管理中存在的问题,对降低煤矿企业能源消耗、提高其安全生产能力等都具有重要意义。当前机电管理中存在的突出问题主要集中在采购、施工、维护和改造等四方面,根据煤矿企业机电管理的发展趋势,从电子采购平台、职工追责机制、技术竞赛和改造评价体系等四方面提出了相应对策。

This paper analyzes the current problems existing in the coal mine electromechanical management ,which is of signifi-cance to reduce the energy consumption of coal mine enterprises and to improve the safe production ability .T he current outstand-ing problems existing in the electrical and mechanical management focuses on four aspects ,such as procurement ,construction , maintenance and reconstruction .According to the trend of the development of coal mine electromechanical management ,four as-pects response countermeasures that from the electronic procurement platform ,employee accountability mechanism ,technology competition and reforming evaluation system are put forward .
