集群视角的特色旅游商品发展策略——以洛阳市为例 被引量:1

摘要 旅游购物在旅游产业的发展过程中占有重要地位,而旅游购物发展的核心是特色旅游商品的生产和销售。从产业集群的视角分析洛阳市特色旅游商品发现有以下问题:小摊位为主的销售方式让游客对商品质量不放心,旅游商品种类不够丰富、缺乏洛阳特色,购物后携带不够便利,等等。洛阳特色旅游商品发展滞后的原因主要来自整个旅游购物大环境,单个企业难以解决,需要政府或者行业协会进行组织协调和干预。因此,特色旅游商品的发展需要其生产企业和销售中介增强商品的生活性和体验特征;政府和行业协会要规范旅游商品市场的秩序,规划建设集聚形态的购物场所,完善配套服务,让洛阳旅游商品买得起用得上,也拿得动。 Tourism shopping , the core of which is the production and sales of the characteristic tourism com-modity , plays an important role in the development of tourism industry .This paper , from the perspective of industry cluster , combining the situation of the characteristic tourism commodity in Luoyang , finds the problem of the devel-opment of the characteristic tourism commodity that can not be solved by individual enterprises but by the govern -ment and individual association , because the problem exists in the tourism shopping environment .So the develop-ment of characteristic tourist commodities not only needs the development of its production enterprises and sales a -gents, but also requires the government and its industry association to standardize it and cooperate with it .
