谢混《游西池》考论

On Xie Hun's Poem Tour of the West Pool

谢混《游西池》在晋宋诗歌变革中具有重要的意义和地位。但限于史料匮乏,历来对其探讨较少。通过对现存史料的考辨梳理,西池应在建康城内吴旧宫太初宫的西面、东晋建康宫的西南方,是六朝重要的皇家园林。此诗当作于谢混任中领军、领军期间的义熙二年(406)至义熙六年(410)五月,最有可能作于义熙四年(408)之秋。诗歌旨在借西池美景书写人生的忧思,具有东晋诗歌渐由玄言向抒情回归的特征。

Xie Hun’ s Tour of the West Pool is of particular importance in the Jin and Song Dynasties ’ poetry revolution .Because of the lack of historical material , the study has always been inadequate .Reviewing the existing historical material, The West Pool should have been built in the west of the old palace of Wu inside the town of Jiankang , to South West Jiankang Palace which was built in the Eastern Jin Dynasty---the important royal garden . This poem should have been written in the period from the 2nd year （A.D.406） to May of 6th year （A.D.410） of Yixi, most likely in the autumn of the 4th year （A.D.408） when Xie Hun was senior general.The poem discribed the West Pool beauty to express the life concern of the poet , which featured transition from metaphysics to lyric in Eastern Jin Dynasty .
