摘要
在宿州市朱仙庄煤矿区采集土壤和黄豆作物样品各15个,通过分析测定其样品中重金属元素Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr、Cd和Mn含量,分别对土壤重金属污染状况及黄豆作物的食用健康风险进行了评价。结果显示,该煤矿区土壤中存在不同程度的Cd和Cu污染,重金属综合污染指数为中等;黄豆作物中Zn含量最高,为48.220mg/kg,与国家相关标准限值对比,认为作物中存在一定程度的Pb超标现象。健康风险评价结果表明,食用黄豆作物摄取的重金属元素对儿童身体健康产生危害的可能性很大,而Cu是构成其食用健康风险的最主要元素。
In this paper, the contents of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, Cd and Mn in soils and soybeans collected from cropland in Zhuxianzhuang coal mining area, were measured. The pollution situation of soil and the health risk to adults and children via ingestion of soybeans were evaluated by the methods of single factor and comprehensive pollution index, target hazard quotient (THQ). The results showed that the comprehensive pollution index indicated the soil c was under intermediate pollution, with different enrichment degrees of Cd and Cu; Concentration of Zn (48. 220mg/kg) was higher than the other heavy metal elements in soybean, and concentration of Pb in individual soybean samples exceed the standard of National Agricultural Department; the THQ indicated the probability of heavy metal harms to children via ingestion of soybeans was great, and Cu is the maior hazard dement.
