摘要 为了优化双燃料发动机的排放及经济性,设计了一个多点顺序喷射控制系统。该系统在ECU控制下,每缸运行在进气工况时,电磁阀才向进气歧管内喷入燃气。根据发动机不同工况,由ECU精确控制发动机每缸燃气进气电磁阀的开启时间和持续角度,获取最佳的油气匹配,同时避免了进气管始终充斥着燃气和扫气过程中浪费燃气。通过在R160柴油机上试验,验证了该控制系统的可靠性和实用性。试验数据表明,该系统提高发动机经济性的同时也能优化排放指标。 In order to optimize the emissions and economy of the dual-fuel engine,the multi-point sequential injection con-trol system designed in this paper is introduced. The solenoid valve injects fuel gas to the inlet manifold by the control of ECU, when the each cylinder is running in inlet condition. According to the different working conditions of dual-fuel engine,the open time and continuous angle of every cylinder’s solenoid valve are precisely controlled by ECU to obtain the best oil and gas matching,avoid that the gas is always full of the inlet manifold,and waste the gas in the process of scavenging. By the experi-ment on R160 diesel engine,the practical and reliability of the control system is verified. The experimental data shows that the system can improve the economics and optimize emission allowance of the dual-fuel engine.
