增强多西他赛对前列腺癌细胞作用的靶点研究进展

摘要 靶向治疗是近年来前列腺癌治疗研究的热点。对分子和基因水平上发现的靶点进行治疗有望解决耐药性问题。目前,以多西他赛为基础的化疗在前列腺癌治疗中仍然占有重要地位,本文叙述了可用于增强多西他赛对前列腺癌细胞作用的靶点研究进展,包括(1)亮氨酸拉链肿瘤抑制因子1相关的靶点;(2)与NF-κB/IL-6相关的靶点;(3)与微RNA相关的靶点。 Targeted treatment of prostate cancer is a hot research field in recent years.Using the targets discovered from the genes and molecular levels for treatment are expected to overcome tumor drug resistance.Now,docetaxel-based chemotherapy still occupies an important position in the treatment of prostate cancer.In this review,the advances in the targets used for improving the effect of docetaxel on prostate cancer cells,including leucine zipper tumor suppressor 1(LZTS1)related targets,NF-κB/IL-6related targets and microRNA related targets were summarized.
