基于宏程序的梯形螺纹优化加工

摘要 梯形螺纹传统的加工方法是采用普通的单头刀加工,但由于梯形螺纹刀牙形角小,刀尖强度弱,加工中排屑困难,易形成积屑瘤,造成扎刀和断刀现象,数控车削时,程序编制也较复杂,多选用复杂的宏程序和G76指令加工,不易掌握,精度也很难保证。文章采用双头刀改变梯形螺纹的加工工艺,通过对梯形螺纹加工的工艺分析和加工方法的研讨,探索出一套可以在数控车床上加工出合格梯形螺纹的办法。 The traditional processing method of trapezoidal thread uses single pole head, and is classified into coarse and fine processing. But it is difficult because with the small tooth profile angle and weak tip intensity of trapezoidal thread, it is difficult to remove chips when processing and easy to form BUE (built-up edge), resulting in pricking knife and cutting knife. It is a difficulty in NC turning as well in the process of NC machining, since it often causes problems with improper technologies, and programming is complex. There are more choices with macro program and G76 command processing. It is not easy to grasp and the precision is hard to guarantee. This article discusses the processing technologies and methods of trapezoid thread, and explores a set of methods which can process qualified trapezoidal thread on NC machining.
