高职院校坚持社会主义办学方向,培养和发展党员是社会主义现代化事业成功的有力保证;同时,随着经济社会的不断发展,高职院校走工学结合、校企合作及学徒制的人才培养模式已成必然趋势。但是,在学校与企业具体的合作中往往忽视了学生党建工作的齐抓共管,因此,怎样进一步探索实践校企合作中学生党建工作,实现工学结合校企合作共赢就显得十分必要。
