泰州市区无偿献血免费用血情况探析

Analysis on Free Use of Blood in Taizhou City's Blood Donation without Repayment

目的分析泰州市区无偿献血现状,探讨解决无偿献血存在的问题及免费用血情况。方法对2010年1月至2014年12月之间泰州市区的无偿献血量及无偿献血者本人及直系亲属免费用血进行统计,并结合文献进行探讨分析。结果返还费用居高不下;子女献血父母用血的几率大以及献血者返还报销有困难等。结论无偿献血者及亲属用血返还人次及金额的持续增长将对无偿献血事业的发展有一定的影响,建议政府加大对无偿献血宣传方面的经济投入。

The situation that restitution number of people and money are rising constantly will influence the development of blood donation without repayment to some degree. I suggest that the government should increase the investment of blood donation advertisement campaign.
