摘要
企业核心竞争力的培育与战略人力资源管理存在内在的关联性。在理论上分析其相关性的基础上,提出从企业生命周期的视角,认识企业战略人力资源管理的作用、搞好战略性的人员配置与建立培育与考核人才的机制等方面来实现企业核心竞争力的路径。
The cultivation of the core competitiveness of enterprises and strategic human resourc, e management have the intrinsic connection. By analyzing the correlation in theory, and from the perspective of the enterprise life cycle, the author puts forward the following paths to realize the core competitiveness of enterprises: understanding the role of the enterprise strategic human resources management role, doing a good job of strategic staffing and establishing talent cuhivatinn and appraisal mechanism.
