The theory of ＂Four comprehensive＂ constitutes a complete theoretical system. It includes three aspects： the fundamental guarantee of managing the Party Strictly, the goal of comprehensive well - off, the basic path of comprehensive reform and rule by law only. It is a basic policy of our country＇s ruling theory in the future for a long poriod of time. It answers a theoretical question of what kind of socialist countries will be built up.
