提升留守村民文化生活品质的问题研究——以安徽省阜阳市颍上县村民为例

培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,必须要发挥社会主义先进文化的作用,提升村民的文化素养。以安徽省阜阳市颍上县两个文化资源丰富的小镇为例,分别从留守村民的文化活动形式、活动载体、活动内容、文化观念及其新的文化需求等方面展开调研。加强农村文化建设,提升留守村民文化生活品质,从物质层面上来看,离不开经济基础的保障;从乡村文化建设面向的主体来看,必须关注留守村民的文化需求;从国家管理者层面来看,则必须加强农村文化建设工作者的队伍建设。

Taking two towns with rich cultural resources of Yingshang County of Fuyang city in Anhui Province as an example, the writers begin with surveying through the aspects of the remaining villagers carrier forms of cultural aetivities, activities carrier, content and euhural concept and a new cultural demand, etc. In order to strengthen the construction of rural culture and improve the quality of left - behind villagers cultural life.
