摘要
为了实现在球团矿造球工艺中不同种类膨润土性能互补和种类替代,有必要对其进行分类,利用Matlab编程并采用欧几里德距离法以蒙脱石含量、膨胀倍数、吸水率、粒度分布和水分等性能作为分类指标对11种膨润土进行了分类,经造球实验验证,采用模糊聚类方法对膨润土进行分类效果较好。
In order to achieve different bentonite properties complement and substitution in pellet develop-ment,it is necessary to calssify bentonite,11 kinds of bentonite are classified by Euclidean way with Matlab, the montmorillonite content,expansion rate,water absorbtion,size distribution and moisture are used as clas-sify index in this process,the result show that the fuzzy clustering for bentonite classified has a better effect.
