摘要
为降低实验室管理成本和提高工作效率,根据测绘仪器实验室的需求,运用MIS技术,开发实验室仪器管理系统。系统采用Delphi开发工具,后台利用Access存储相关数据,结合ADO组件技术,链接数据库使用ODBC接口。测绘仪器信息管理系统主要实现仪器信息录入、借出、归还、维修、报废、查询、统计分析、报表输出、数据备份和系统管理等功能,基本能满足仪器实验室工作流程要求,有助于改善测绘仪器实验室管理现状。
In order to reduce laboratory management cost and enhance working efficiency, it applies MIS technology to develop instruments management system according to requirements of surveying and mapping laboratory. This system uses Delphi as development tool, and Access to store related data in the background, and ODBC together with ADO component technology to link database. Surveying and mapping instruments information management system mainly realizes instrument input, loaning, return, repair, scrap, query, statistical analysis, report output, data backup, system management and other functions, which meets requirements of the basic work of lab and helps to improve management situation.
