FDI对我国内资高技术产业技术创新能力的影响分析——基于创新过程的视角

The Impact of FDI on Technological Innovation Capability of Chinese Domestic- funded High- tech Industry——Based on the Perspective of Innovation Process

目前高技术产业是国民经济的战略性先导产业,在我国经济社会发展中具有举足轻重的地位。通过对2005—2012年我国高技术产业15个子行业面板数据的实证分析,从技术创新过程的角度分析了FDI对我国内资高技术产业技术创新能力的影响。结果表明:FDI对内资高技术产业的技术创新能力起到了显著的促进作用,并且在技术开发阶段的促进作用要大于在技术应用阶段的促进作用;研发经费、市场竞争程度和企业规模也都对内资高技术产业的技术创新能力具有明显的正向促进作用;研发人员在技术开发阶段起到了显著的抑制作用,但在技术应用阶段起到了明显的促进作用。针对相关结论,本文分析了原因,并得出了一些政策启示。

In recent years, as the strategic industry of national economy, the high-tech industry plays an important role in China＇s economic and social development. Through the empirical analysis of the panel data of 15 high-tech sub-sectors in our country from 2005 to 2012, this paper analyzes the impact of FDI on the technological innovation capability of Chinese domes- tic-funded high-tech industry. The findings of this study show that： FDI promotes the technological innovation capability of Chi- nese domestic-funded high-tech industry obviously, furthermore, the promotion in technology development phase is larger than the promotion in technology application stage; R＆D funds, market competition and company size all have significant positive effects on the technological innovation capability of Chinese domestic-funded High-tech Industry ; R＆D personnel has a signifi- cant inhibitory effect on technology development phase, but it plays a significant promoting role in technology application stage. Based on the relevant results of this study, this paper analyzes the causes and draws some policy implication.
