摘要
从特质论的角度来研究影响工作满意度的因素已成为目前研究的热点话题。本研究通过对北京市C区647名员工进行问卷调查的方式,探讨内-外控人格特质对工作满意度的影响。其中引入了年龄、学历、婚姻状况和工作年限四个个人统计变量。问卷中包括了内-外控人格特质问卷、工作满意度情境因素问卷和整体工作满意度问卷。通过对数据的处理和分析得出结论:在个人统计变量中,学历和婚姻状况对整体工作满意度有显著影响;情境变量中,薪酬、工作本身、领导关系对工作满意度有显著的影响;在人格特质因素中,内控性对工作满意度有显著的正向影响,外控性对工作满意度的影响不显著,内控性在领导关系对整体工作满意度的影响过程中充当调节变量。
From the perspective of the trait theory, research about the factors affecting job satisfaction has become the fo- cus of the current research topic. This study involves 647 employees of the C District, Beijing conducted a questionnaire survey to explore the impacts of internal-external locus of control of the personality traits on job satisfaction. The research introduces four individual statistical variables of age, education background, marital status and work experience. The questionnaire in- cludes locus of control questionnaire, situational factors of job satisfaction questionnaire and overall job satisfaction question- naire. Through the processing and analysis of data, we draw the following conclusions : for individual statistical variables, edu- cation background and marital status have significant impacts on job satisfaction; for situational variables, the impacts of com- pensation, work, leadership on job satisfaction are significant ; for personality trait, internal locus of control has significant pos- itive impact on job satisfaction ; external locus of control had no significant effect on job satisfaction ; internal locus of control act as a moderator variable in the process of leadership influence on job satisfaction.
