78例中药注射剂不良反应分析

Analysis of 78 Adverse Drug Reaction Cases Induced by Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

目的:了解当地医院中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,为临床中药注射剂(TCM)的合理应用提供参考依据。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,对2011年1月至2013年12月当地医院上报的78例中药注射剂不良反应报告进行系统分析。结果:在78例报告中涉及16种中药注射剂,热毒宁注射液引起不良反应所占比例最大(21.79%);50岁以上老年人的不良反应发生率最高(47.43%);不良反应的表现以皮肤及附件损害为主(42.22%)。结论:临床应高度重视中药注射剂的不良反应,加强中药注射剂用药监护,提高临床安全用药水平。

Objective： Through investigating the incidence rate and manifestation of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） in- duced by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections in our hospital, to provide the references information in clinical appli- cation. Methods： The 78 ADR reports of TCM injections collected by the local hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed using retrospective study method. Results： 16 kinds of TCM injections involved in the 78 ADR cases, Reduning injection lead the most ADR （21.79%） and patients over 50 years had the highest incidence rate （47.43%）. The expression of adverse reactions almost was damages of skin and appendages. Conclusion： It is important to attach importance to the ADRs caused by TCM injections. ADR monitoring should be strengthened to improve the safety of drug use in clinical.
