开展工程教育及校企合作的法律保障体系研究

On the Legal Protection System of Engineering Education and School-enterprise Cooperation

开展工程教育及校企合作主要涉及高等院校、企事业单位和政府相关部门三方。本文通过列举法、比较法等方法来梳理政府相关部门制定的涉及开展工程教育的法律法规与部门规章、政策等,并分析其主要特点。最后结合发达国家的工程教育在法律保障领域的成功经验,对我国开展工程教育及校企合作的法律保障体系建设提出建议。

The development of engineering education and the school-enterprise cooperation mainly involve universities, enterprises and relevant government departments. In accordance with enumerative and comparative methods, laws and policies related to the development of engineering education and enacted by relevant government departments as well as rules and regulations of corresponding departments were reviewed, and their main characteristics were analyzed. Finally, based on some successful experience in this field, several suggestions on the legal protection system construction for the development of engineering education and the school-enterprise cooperation in our country were put forward.
