摘要
经济新常态是习近平总书记针对"三期叠加"经济形势对中国经济特征作出的整体描述,是最新的经济发展战略。本文立足经济基础与上层建筑的辩证关系原理,探讨经济发展与思想政治意识的辩证关系,尝试从转变大学生对经济发展的思维惯性,调适经济增速放缓的心态,增强对经济发展的信心三个方面提升高校思想政治教育工作水平。
The economic new normal is a comprehensive description of the economic characteristics of current China by Xi Jinping in the background of ＂the three period superposition＂ of Chinese economy, which is the latest strategy of economic development. Based on the principles of the dialectical relation between economic base and superstructure, the article discusses the dialectical relationship between economic development and college ideological and political education from three aspects： changing the thinking inertia of college students on economic development, adjusting their mentality towards a slowdown economy, and enhancing their confidence in our economic development.
