摘要
借鉴预应力钢绞线锚固体系提出了一套用于加固混凝土结构的夹片式碳纤维板锚具,对该型夹片式锚具的锚固过程和锚固机理进行分析,同时利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。分析结果显示,该型夹片式锚具能较好地满足锚固碳纤维板的受力要求,通过该型夹片式碳纤维板锚具组装件进行静载拉力试验,试验结果表明该型锚具具有较好的锚固夹持性能。
A set of wedge-type anchor is independently developed for prestressed CFRP plates strengthening reinforced concrete structure. The anchoring process and anchorage mechanism of prestressed CFRP plates are analyzed. Finite element analysis of anchorage of prestressed CFRP plates was conducted. The analytic result shows that the wedge-type anchor can meet the requirements,and the static loading tensile tests of the CFRP plate anchor show a high anchorage behavior.
