摘要
互联网思维的核心是"以用户为中心",它不是把用户当做"上帝",而是让"上帝"回归本位,把用户当做朋友,当做粉丝,当做体验者,当做设计者,当做参与者。某些公司在这种思维指导下取得了巨大的成功。我国高职本科教育已经探索10多年,一些学校已经形成较成熟的培养模式,但培养的人才总与企业需求存在较大差距。把互联网思维引入高职本科人才培养中,真正以学生为中心,对培养目标、教学内容、课程体系、教学方法进行再构,也许能取得意想不到的教育教学效果。
The core of the internet thinking is "to take the customer as the center" ,which is not to take the users as "god", but consider them as friends, fans, experiencers, designers, and participants. Some companies have a- chieved great success under the guidance of this thinking. Higher vocational and undergraduate education in our coun- try has explored for 10 years. Some schools have formed the mature training mode, but there is a big gap between the total demand of enterprises and the talents. If we introduce the internet thinking into the training mode of higher voca- tional and undergraduate education to take the student as the center, and restructure the goal of cultivation, teaching contents, course system and teaching method, we may be able to get beat all the teaching effect.
