摘要
为了适应轮胎气压监测系统(TPMS)的恶劣环境,提高TPMS的系统集成度,设计了一款适用于TPMS的新型高性能超低功耗信号接收器。该信号接收器采用亚阈值区技术、休眠-唤醒工作机制以及自动增益控制方法,降低了功耗,提高了信号接收的灵敏度。仿真结果表明,在温控范围为-35~125℃、供电电压为2.2~3.5V的环境下,识别信号幅度最小值为0.5mV,系统平均功耗为6μW。
In order to adapt to the harsh environment and improve TPMS system integration,a new high-performance ultra-low power signal receiver for TPMS is designed.The signal receiver adopts sub-threshold region technology,sleep-wake up mechanism and automatic gain control method to reduce power consumption and improve the signal reception sensitivity. The results show that in the temperature range of -35-125 ℃ and the supply voltage 2.2-3.5 V,the minimum identifica-tion signal amplitude is 0.5 mV,the average system power consumption is 6μW.
