失禁性皮炎及压疮教育对护士鉴别失禁性皮炎的效果评价

Evaluation on effect of education of incontinence dermatitis and pressure sore for identification of incontinence dermatitis in nurses

[目的]探讨失禁性皮炎及压疮教育对护士鉴别失禁性皮炎的效果。[方法]将重症监护室(ICU)护士106名和622例病人作为研究对象,按照入院时间分为对照组和观察组,观察组病人322例,对照组300例,观察组对护士进行失禁性皮炎及压疮教育,比较两组组病人的失禁性皮炎发生率、鉴别准确率及病人满意度。[结果]观察组病人IAD发生率低于对照组,鉴别准确率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人护理满意度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对护士进行失禁性皮炎与压疮知识教育,有目的地提高了护士对失禁性皮炎的认识,降低了失禁性皮炎的发生率和提高了鉴别准确率。

Objective：To probe into the effect of education of incontinence dermatitis and pressure sore on identification of incontinence dermatitis in nurses. Methods： A total of 106 nurses and 622 patients in ICU were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time,with 322 patients in observation group and 300 patients in control group. The nurses in observa- tion group received the education of incontinence dermatitis and pressure sore, then to compare the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in patients, identification accuracy rate and their satisfaction between both groups. Re- suits：The incidence of IAD in patients in observation group was lower than that in control group, the identifica- tion accuracy rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statisti- cally significant（P〈0.05）;the patients＇nursing satisfaction score in observation group was better than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The knowledge education of incontinence dermatitis and pressure sore in nurses can improve the nurses＇cognition on incontinence derma- titis, reduce the incidence of incontinence dermatitis and improve the identification accuracy rate of incontinence dermatitis.
