摘要 抽水蓄能电站具有优良的调峰填谷作用,能够有效提高电网消纳风电的能力。以经济效益最大化为目标,并考虑风电并网功率波动性限制因素,建立含全天96个时段的风电-抽水蓄能联合运行的优化调度模型。考虑风电的间歇性和波动性带来的风电功率预测误差的必然性,采用鲁棒优化的方法来有效处理风电功率预测的不确定性。然后基于实际抽水蓄能电站参数设计了算例系统,并进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,考虑不确定性风电功率预测的风电-抽水蓄能联合运行模型能够产生较大的经济效益,对电网安全稳定运行造成的影响也较小。 Pumped storage power station has excellent peak and valley load effect, can effectively improve the disposal ability of wind power grid. By maximizing the economic benefits as the goal, considering grid connected wind power fluctuation of power restriction factors, the next 96 hours of wind power and pumped storage optimization scheduling model for combined operation is set up. Considering the necessity of wind power prediction error caused by wind intermittency and fluctuation, robust optimization method is used to deal with the uncertainty of wind power forecasting. Then the algorithm system is designed based on actual pumping station parameter. The simulation results show that the consideration of the uncertainty of wind power forecasting wind power and pumped storage operation model can produce greater economic benefit, the impact on the safe and stable operation of power grid is smaller.
