摘要 针对单相高频隔离型光伏并网逆变器主电路拓扑对H桥控制信号的要求,提出了一种基于ARM高级定时器实时生成高频交错SPWM波形的新方法。介绍了主电路拓扑及其对调制信号的要求,详细讨论了由ARM的高级定时器产生高频交错SPWM信号的方法,给出了在ARM中的程序流程图,讨论了H桥软开关前沿和后沿的平均分布问题。最后针对一个工程设计实例给出了试验结果,证明了此方法的正确性和可行性。 The main circuit topology of single phase photovohaic grid-connected inverter with high frequency isolation has requirement to the control signal of H-bridge. In order to meet the requirement, a new method of generating high frequency interleaving SPWM waveform in real time by ARM advanced timer is presented. This paper introduces the main circuit topology and its requirements to modulate signal, discusses the generating method of high frequency interleaving SPWM signal in ARM advanced timer in detail, offers program flow diagram based on ARM, and discusses the average distribution problem of H-bridge soft-switching in front edge and back edge. At last this paper offers the experimental results of a detailed engineering design. The results prove that the new method is correct and feasible.
