摘要
提出一种基于大功率电力电子器件的固态直流断路器拓扑,分析其工作原理并指出时序控制重要参数指标;建立直流电网简化模型,分析计算了故障电流特性,在此基础上得出直流断路器时序控制参数计算方法。针对断开、闭合、换流3种主要工况,设计了基于预导通策略的控制方法;在PSCAD/EMTDC中建立带直流断路器的直流网络模型,并对以上时序控制策略进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明该策略能够有效保护各部分器件,确保直流断路器可靠运行。
This paper presents a topology of DC circuit breaker based on high power electronic devices,some important time sequence controlling parameters are pointed out, and its working principle is analyzed. Having established a simplified model of DC grid and calculated the characteristics of fault current, the calculation method of these parameters is presented. A control strategy based on pre-conduction is designed focusing on process of interruption, closing and commutation. The strategies are verified by a simulation model established in PSCAD/EMTDC, results indicate that the strategies can effectively protect devices in different parts of DC breaker and ensure the reliable operation of DC breaker.
