活性红染料结构与杨木单板染色性能的关系 被引量:8

摘要 通过紫外-可见分光光度法对比研究了活性红X-3B、活性红K-3B、活性红KN-3B、活性红M-2B、活性红M-3BE、活性红EF-3B染料的结构跟紫外-可见吸收光谱、在杨木单板中的染色性能之间的关系。结果表明:活性红染料发色体共轭体系的长度越长,供、吸电子基团协调作用越大,空间位阻越小,其水溶液的最大吸收波长越大。活性红染料的分子大小、亲水基团和活性基的不同改变杨木单板染色特性参数S、E、R、F值;染料结构中不同的活性基对上染率曲线的影响也不同:活性红X-3B和活性红K-3B等仅含有均三嗪活性基的染料上染率先随时间的延长而增大,在加碱后10 min内立即降低,随后又增大,而其它4种含有β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯活性基的染料上染率都随时间的延长而增大;6种活性红染料的固色率都随时间的延长而增加,在固色30 min后保持不变。 The relationships were contrastively studied by UV-visible spectrophotometry method between the structures of reactive red X-3B, reactive red K-3B, reactive red KN-3B, reactive red M-2B, reactive red M-3BE, reactive red EF-3B and their UV-Vis absorption spectrum and poplar veneer dyeing properties. The results show that the longer the conjugated system of reactive red dye chromophore was, the better the coordinating role of donor and withdrawing electron groups was, the smaller the steric was, and the bigger the maximum absorption wavelength of aqueous solutions was; The dyeing characteristic parameters S, E, R, F value changed with the changes of molecular weight and hydrophilic group and active group of reactive red dyes; The exhaustion dyeing rate of four reactive red dyes were affected by different activity groups, that of the dyes of only containing Triazine active group (reactive red X-3B and reactive red K-3B) firstly increased with the increasing of dyeing time, then decreased within 10 minutes after addition of alkani, last increased;Other four dyes containing β-hydroxyethyl sulfone sulfate increased with except that of which contained single chlorine-triazine and The fixation rate of increased with the increasing of fixation time, and kept the constant until the fixation time reached 30 minutes.
