摘要
为了选育乐昌含笑优良种源,对2次6~7年生乐昌含笑多点种源试验林数据作统计分析,方差分析结果表明:3个生长性状及4个形质性状种源间,除树干通直度外均存在显著或极显著差异,地点间差异均达极显著水平,种源与地点互作仅第2次试验的3个生长性状和冠幅间差异达显著水平;树高、胸径、材积、树干通直度、叶片大小、树冠浓密度和冠幅间的差异达到极显著水平,生长性状与形质性状间存在显著或极显著正相关;各性状种源遗传力处于中等水平;运用主成分分析法及“年生长量”指标值对2次种源试验的生长性状数据做综合分析,采用Francis-Kannenberg模型分析法选择出优良种源6个,分别为南雄江头、始兴刘家山、南雄帽子峰、始兴都亨、仁化长江和江西龙南,材积增益达11.95%~41.03%。
Data from two provenance multi-site trials of Michelia chapensis collected at six to seven years old were analyzed to select the superior provenances. The results of variance analysis show that there existed highly signiifcant differences in 3 growth traits and 4 quality traits between the provenances (except the tree stem straightness), the differences among provenances sites also reached highly signiifcant levels, but there were differences signiifcantly between the three growth traits and crown width which only occurred in some second interaction trials;The phenotypic and genetic correlations also reached signiifcant levels, and there were positive correlation among tree height, DBH, volume, stem straightness, leaf size, crown density and crown width;Provenance heritability of all traits were in the middle levels;By using principal component analysis and the“annual growth amount”index values,the growth characters data of two times provenance trials were comprehensively analyzed, and then by adopting Francis-Kannenberg model analysis, six superior provenances were chosen, they are NXJT, SXLJ, MZF, SXDK, RHCJ and JXLN, and theirs timber vlume-gain rates ranked 11.95%~41.03%.
