伦理视野中的离婚

The Divorce under the Perspective of Virtue Ethics

从基本的伦理关系出发,简要分析围城内外的两种离婚情形,以及社会上的三种"当离不离"的原因,最后陈述如何正确对待"离婚"这一社会现象。一方面要正确给"离婚"问题定性,另一方面还要透过"离婚"这种社会现象分析并确定正确的道德取向。通过伦理视阈的透视,阐述离婚的实质和问题。

From the basic ethical relations,this paper analyzes two forms of divorce briefly,including three causes of‘divorce or not’. Lastly,it tries to indicate how to correctly treat the phenomenon of divorce. On the one hand, the nature of divorce should be determined;on the other hand,correct moral orientation should be analyzed and de-termined through social phenomena of divorce. From the ethical perspective,the essence and problems of the divor-ce are stated.
