关于地方高校拓展社会捐助融资渠道的思考

Thinking on Expanding Ways of Social Donation and Financing in Local Colleges

从我国改革开放以来,特别是上世纪末到本世纪初以来,我国的高等教育事业经历了一轮快速发展的过程。伴随着高教事业的快速发展,我国各级各类高等院校的投融资结构也发生了重大变化,即突破了过去长期以来由政府作为唯一的投资主体局面,出现了由多渠道筹集资金的投融资格局。但是我国高校特别是一些地方高校在拓展社会投资融资渠道上仍然进展不大,收效不明显。这既有观念层面的原因,也有政策层面的原因。要改变目前局面,政府、社会与高等院校三方应共同努力、协同配合,实现良性互动。

Since the reform and opening up in China,especially the end of last century and the turn of the century, the higher education has experienced rapid development in China. With the rapid development of higher education, the structure of investment and financing of all kinds and levels of colleges has greatly been changed,that is,there are many ways of raising fund instead of government as the unique investor. However,some local colleges have made little progress in expanding social investment and financing. There are both conceptual and political reasons. In order to change this situation,governments,society and colleges should work hard together and cooperate so that positive interaction would be achieved.
