摘要
目的探讨锡类散复方灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。方法将患者随机分组,观察组予锡类散复方灌肠治疗,对照组常规治疗,观察患者症状体征。结果观察组患者腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便、里急后重、纳呆各项分值较治疗前均有明显改善,观察组症候疗效较治疗组有明显优势。结论锡类散复方治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ulcerative colitis（UC） treated by retention-enema of Chinese herb Xileisan. Methods Patients were divided into observation group and control group. Analyze the effect of observation group treating by retention-enema of Chinese herb and control group treating by western medicine. Results The scores of symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucous bloody stool, tenesmus and fatigue were better than before. Syndrome scores of observation group were dropped. Conclusions Retention-enema of Chinese herb Xileisan had good efficacy in symptoms.
