摘要
试验旨在探究土壤中不同含量Cu2+,Ag+,Cr6+对蚯蚓体内金属硫蛋白(MT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的影响。将蚯蚓分别培养在含Cu2+,Ag+,Cr6+的土壤中,每种金属离子设0,5,50,100 mg·kg-14个含量,培养7 d后,测定蚯蚓体内MT含量和GSH-Px活力。结果表明,5,50 mg·kg-1Cr6+组MT值均显著高于对照组,100 mg·kg-1Cr6+组显著低于对照组;50,100 mg·kg-1Cu2+组MT值显著低于对照组。土壤中分别添加5,50,100 mg·kg-1Cr6+和Ag+,蚯蚓体内GSH-Px值均显著高于对照组;土壤中Cu2+含量为5,50mg·kg-1时,GSH-Px均显著高于对照组。土壤中Cr6+对蚯蚓体内MT和GSH-Px的影响大于Cu2+和Ag+。
Experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of Cu^2 +,Ag^+,Cr^6 +in soil on earthworms. Earthworms were cultivated in different soil samples containing 0,5,50,100 mg·kg^- 1Cu^2 +,Ag^+,Cr^6 +,respectively. After 7 d,metallothionein( MT) content and GSH-Px enzyme activity were determined. It was shown that MT content in earthworm was higher under 5 or 50 mg·kg^- 1Cr^6 +treatment compared to the control,while it was lower under 100 mg·kg^- 1Cr^6 +treatment compared to the control. Under 50 or 100 mg·kg^- 1Cu^2 +treatment,MT content in earthworms was significantly lower than that of control. Under 5,50 and 100 mg·kg^- 1Cr^6 +or Ag+treatment,the enzyme activity of GSH-Px was significantly higher than control. For Cu^2 +,the enzyme activity of GSH-Px was significantly higher than the control under 5 or 50 mg·kg^- 1treatment. Among these heavy metals,Cr^6 +exhibited greater influence on MT content and GSH-Px activity in earthworms than that of Cu^2 +and Ag^+.
