摘要
150 m^2蒸发器是一种高效换热设备,蒸发室是此设备重要部件。本文运用ANSYS软件对其进行应力分析,确定筒体壁厚、法兰形式、封头厚度选取的可行性和合理性。ANSYS命令流完全实现参数化,可广泛地运用于压力容器封头法兰的应力分析。
150 m^2 evaporator is a high efficient heat exchanger, evaporator cell is the important part of the equipment. This paper analyses the stress by ANSYS software, to determine the feasibility and ration- ality of cylinder thickness, flange form and head cover thickness. ANSYS commands are fully parameter- ized, can be widely applied in stress analysis of pressure vessel flange.
