摘要
根据不确定理论,提出了能够同时考虑电力系统所固有的随机性和模糊性双重不确定性的脆弱性评估方法——基于不确定理论的电力系统脆弱性评估方法,并根据所提出的方法基于Matlab软件平台编制了相应的PSAV评估软件,对IEEE39节点系统进行了算例分析,并给出了分析结果。通过算例分析证实了所提出的评估方法的可行性.
According to uncertainty theory, this paper put forward vulnerability assessment method consider inherent double contingency on the randomness and fuzziness of power system-vulnerability assessment method of power system based on uncertain theory. According to the proposed method created corresponding PSAV assessment software based on Matlab software platform, analyzed the IEEE 39 node system example, and the results of the analysis was presented. Through example analysis confirmed the feasibility of the proposed evaluation method.
