摘要
分析了影响风电工程项目管理中进度管理的主观及客观因素。给出风电工程进度管理的原则、组织机构、管理方式、编制与报批、实施办法及检查调整方法,明确了风电工程项目进度管理的措施。
This paper analyzed the subjective and objective factors of effect schedule management in the wind power project management. Given the principle, organization, management mode, establishment and approval, implementation method and checking and adjusting method of wind power project schedule management, cleared up the measures of wind power engineering project schedule management.
