丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗老年冠心病伴心力衰竭的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Patients with Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Combination Shuxuening Injection and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge

目的探讨丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗老年冠心病伴心力衰竭的临床效果措施及效果。方法选取我院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的50例老年冠心病伴心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机数字法将其分为两组,各25例,对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗,对两组患者心功能相关指标及治疗满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者心功能改善各指标(VR、LVDd、LVEF及E/Ea)及治疗总满意率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚结合舒血宁能明显改善患者心功能,值得在老年冠心病伴心力衰竭患者中进一步应用。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing measures and Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with Shuxuening injection in treating coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 50 cases of coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were treated with heart failure patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, each 25 cases, patients in control group received routine treatment and nursing, the observation group patients in the control group based on the combination of Salvia milfiorrhiza polyphenols Shuxuening treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention two groups of patients, the cardiac function indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results In the observation group improved heart function indexes （VR, LVDd, LVEF and E/Ea） and nursing satisfaction rate was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with Shuxuening injection can significantly improve heart function of patients, and given comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, is worthy of further application in heart failure patients with coronary heart disease.
