改良式热水熏蒸会阴预防产后尿潴留的效果观察

Effect Observation on Improved Hot Fumigation Perineal Prevention of Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的探讨改良式热水熏蒸会阴预防产后尿潴留的作用。方法选取2013年6月~8月在我院产科收治的600例自然分娩的初产妇作为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,每组350例,观察组对在产后4 h尚未排第1次产后小便的产妇采用改良式热水熏蒸会阴,并鼓励产妇主动进食流质,对照组在产后给予常规的产后护理及健康教育。比较两组产后尿潴留的发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组的产后尿潴留率远远低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论改良式热水熏蒸会阴对预防产后尿潴留非常有效,减少产妇痛苦,促进产后康复,提高护理满意度,方法简便易行,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the modified hot fumigation perineal prevention of postpartum urinary retention effect. Methods From 2013 June to August in 600 cases of natural childbirth in our hospital were primipara as the research object, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 350 cases in each group, the observation group in 4 postpartum small fashion is not the first row of postpartum urine were modified hot fumigation of perineum, and encourage maternal actively feeding liquid, the control group given in postpartum postpartum nursing and routine health education. Results The observation group of postpartum urine retention rate is much lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The modified hot fumigation perineal on prevention of postpartum urinary retention is very effective, reduce maternal pain, promote the postpartum rehabilitation, improve nursing satisfaction, method is simple and convenient, worthy of clinical use.
