摘要
地方高校面临窘境:教学资源相对短缺,难以满足教学需要;教师资源相对匮乏,严重影响教学质量;知识资源相对不足,无法满足师生需求;交流资源相对有限,不能顺应时代潮流。慕课作为一种优质教育资源,其对传统教学的镜鉴表现在四方面:"自主学习"的教学理念、"技术性、便捷性"的教学设计、"以学为本"的教学模式和"重在评学"的教学评价。据此,提出慕课资源长入地方高校教学的四大机制:采用混合式教学模式,改善教学资源短缺现状;实施"双师教学"项目,提升教师专业化水平;拓宽信息来源渠道,开阔师生视野;加强师生对外交流,提升高校国际化水平。
There are predicaments in the development of local universities as follows: 1 ) educa- tional resources cannot meet teaching needs; 2) lack of faculty resources has a serious impact on teaching quality; 3 ) intelligence resources are insufficient comparatively, which cannot satis- fy the demand of teachers and students; and, 4) the limited communication resources results cannot conform to the trend of the times. As an excellent teaching resource, MOOCs ( Massive Open Online Courses) possess references for traditional teaching, including the teaching idea of "Independent Study" the teaching design of "technicality and convenience," the "Study-orien- ted" teaching mode, and the "Study-oriented evaluation" assessment system. Accordingly, this paper puts forward to four mechanisms to introduce MOOCs resources to local universitiesas fol- lows: 1 )making use of a hybrid teaching mode to complement the traditional teaching re- sources; 2 )carrying out "double-teacher teaching" projects to improve the professionalization of faculty; 3 ) broadening information sources channels to expand teachers and students" hori- zons; and, 4 )reinforcing the international communication of teachers and students to elevate the internationalization level of universities.
