高校“青年马克思主义培养工程”实施现状及创新途径研究

Study on the Current Situation and Innovation for the University's ‘Young Marxists Training Project'

在整理归纳前人研究成果的基础上,通过现场调研、深度访谈、问卷调查等方法手段,从培养理念、模式、层次、途径和保障机制角度分析"青年马克思主义者培养工程"实施的客观现状及影响因素。通过分析认为,"青年马克思主义者培养工程"取得了应有的预期效果,但仍存在一些不足。为此,结合当代青年成长特点,提出创新"青年马克思主义者培养工程"实施途径的对策与建议。

This paper concludes existent research findings, uses tield research, depth interview and questionnaire survey to collect data, and analyzes the objective condition and affect factors of the implementation of ＇Young Marxists Training Project＇ from the perspectives of training i- deas, modes, levels, ways and safeguard mechanisms. It is convinced that the ＇ Young Marxists Training Project＇ has reached its preliminary result, but there are still some shortages. Thus, innovation strategies of this project are presented with advice and methods combining with the growth characteristics of youth generations.
