摘要
从研究生创新能力培养的角度对7所高校导师指导方式的现状进行问卷调查,发现绝大多数研究生通过"双向选择"的途径在入学前就确立了指导关系,师生人际关系整体处于融洽状态;导师指导制度仍以单一导师制为主,研究生与其他导师交流少,导师组织学生进行学术研讨情况不容乐观;导师指导频率低、时间短,研究生参与课题项目程度低;导师指导过程中的民主性普遍较高,但管理方式偏严,师生交流的主动性需加强。最后针对不足之处,提出了相应的改革建议。
This paper uses a questionnaire survey about the status quo of the research supervi- sors' instruction methods in seven universities from the perspective of innovation ability cultiva- tion, and finds that I ) the vast majority of graduate students and their research supervisor through "two-way choice" establish the student-teacher relationship before they start their re- search, and their relationships as a whole are in a harmonious state; 2) the single tutorial sys- tern is still a dominated mentoring system, thus there are seldom exchanges between graduate students with other supervisors; 3 ) academic research organized by supervisors is not optimistic, the frequency and time the research supervisor is small, and the degree of graduate involved in the project and subject is low; 4) the democracy during the research process is high, while the supervisor mode is kind of strict, and the initiative of teacher-student exchange should be strengthened. The article in the end proposes some suggestions to improve instruction by the research supervisor.
